Bag-in-Box (BiBs) 🏷️
- Only one SKU per row with label facing forward.
- Place the Product Label below-center.
- Once a product is opened, it should be placed in front of the row with its spout facing forward.
- A visible spout indicates an "open" BiB.
- All Items must be pushed to the back of storage location. Pull from the front.
Box/Case
- Count the boxes either on the shelves in designated locations or freely in areas around the restaurant, like where extra boxes are stacked.
- Store boxes with the label, UPC, SKU name or SKU number facing outward.
- Open box counts are manually applied using the -/+ paddles.

Individual Products on Shelves
- Only one SKU per row.
- Store items upright with the labels facing forward in rows.
- All items must be pushed to the back of their storage location.
- Open individual products, aka Eaches, will be counted as full.
Stacking is allowed!
Rigid products — ie. hard packaged goods like condiment jugs — can be stacked if they are able to be kept in consistent rows without toppling over.
Flex Bags, like bagged fries, should be kept in their case and manually adjusted for. Read about making adjustments to quantities here.
Cups & Lids 🏷️
- Full cases stored upright like other full cases
- Open cases should be stored on their side, facing outward so that cup/lid sleeves are visible.
- Shelf Label required, placed near the bottom left corner of the cups for identification.
- All items must be pushed to the back of their storage location.
Prepped Pans 🏷️
- Push to back
- Like items per row
- All pans must have a ‘use by’ or other label on the front
- Label facing forward. Stacking is allowed
